Of course you are eligible to do IIT JAM M.Sc. And Ph.D. Dual course with these subjects in your 12th standard so you should give the exam for the same. Good luck.

Students who are without a Master's degree will generally be admitted to the Integrated. D. Programme. Subject to completion of the necessary requirements, they will obtain an M.Sc. Degree mathematics, the study for which is to be completed within the first two years of their Ph. D. programme.

No, this is not compulsory you only have to do is; Bachelor's Degree in Botany / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Fisheries and Aquaculture / Microbiology / Zoology with a minimum of 55% marks.

The minimum educational qualification required to apply for admission to the Ph.D programme is as follows:
1) Master's degree in Sciences/ Engineering/ Technology/ Management/ Social Sciences/ Commerce with a good academic record.
2) B.Tech /BE degree holders with a minimum of CGPA of 8.85 on a 10.0 point scale, or with a valid GATE Score.
