Eligibility for Ph.D. at NCU: who has qualified for the Doctor of Philosophy Program through any National Level Test like CSIR-UGC NET or GATE.
A candidate can apply online or offline. For applying offline the candidate can download the application form from the website of NCU or can obtain it from the university campus up to the last date for submission of forms specified in the Admission Notice.
Details can be checked in the Ph.D. admission brochure for a broad area in which a candidate can apply and NPET topics.

Hello Sai, IIT JAM exam is organized for the selection of candidates for M.Sc. Integrated M.Sc-PhD and other PG Programs. As you have completed the Masters degree in mathematics, you should apply for CSIR NET exam to be eligible for Ph.D. Admission into top institutes. The CSIR NET exam is held twice a year for the selection of candidates for lectureship and JRF. After qualifying the exam, you will be eligible for the higher education, like Ph.D. exam. The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc. +Ph.D in pure Science is better. However if you want to peruse a career in a specific field of biotechnology the B.Tech+M.Tech is better.
