This course is open to all MA (Mass Communication & Journalism, Communication & MCJ) graduates with NET (JRF) qualification. The full-time programme requires students to stay on the campus and complete their research within five years. Admission to the Ph.D programme is through an all India Entrance Test. Candidates who clear the entrance test will be called for an interview. At the interview, candidates will be required to defend the proposal they have written in the entrance test.
