You have to fill up the University forms that will be out in April or May in DU website.
Fee structure is different for different colleges approximately around 12000 INR to 15000 INR per annum.

You are required to fill up the University forms that will be out by April or May and rest will depend upon boards cutoffs.

No, there is no entrance exam. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 12th.

The percentage criteria may vary from institute to institute. But majority reputed colleges 50% and above. So, I would suggest you to select the college and check there eligibility before applying.
