The students have to fill out an online application form on the official website of IGNOU and submit the required documents along with their application. Admission into the B.A. in Political Science at MCC may be challenging with low marks in 12th since the college usually follows a competitive admission process. Generally, MCC looks for those who have performed well in their 12th examinations, especially in subjects like political science. Hindustan College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore does not offer a BA in Political Science. It provides a BA in English Literature instead. However, Hindustan University in Chennai offers a BA with a triple major in Political Science, Economics, and Law.  Other institutions in Tamil Nadu, like Madras Christian College, also offer BA programs in Political Science.
