This type of part time Engineering Under graduate course in India is not known to me. And, so far my knowledge goes, AICTE does not validate this. However, in Kolkata at JU, there is BE full time evening course in civil, Mechanical and Electrical stream for Diploma Engineers with some eligibility criteria. If possible you may look for it. But for Symbiosis, you need to clear the entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis but a good score in 12th always going to add a plus point.
