In this college, 80% seats are filled through centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET)/JEE Mains.
Remaining seats are filled by the institute on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2.

As you have not mentioned you category, I will give my answer according to general category. Actually, it is very difficult to get an admission in mechanical engineering in VIT Pune with this score. Because, the cut off goes very high every year for this branch. Still you can fill the form and try.

How much above 80%? Do you belong to reservations? There is a chance if you wait for the second CAP round but that is very risky.

In Jaipur, I would suggest you Manipal University Jaipur, SS Jain Subodh College Jaipur. These both are very good colleges in Jaipur.

There are a lot of programming courses to pursue like C+, Java, Android, Python, Swift and Ruby.
