If you're a working professional & foresee that pursuing MBA in Finance would add an advantage to your designation then you should definitely do it on a part-time basis. There seem to be confusions in your mind. College of Military Engineering or CME is a military establishment and only army officers can go there. So as a student, you can not go. You have to first take the commission in Army and then only you can go there.
