- The difficulty level of the exam (JEE Main)
- Number of aspirants who appeared for the exam

At AIIMS Bathinda, the competition for the MBBS course for the General AI category students has been fluctuating in the past 3 years. In 2025, the last round cutoff was 1798. In 2024 and 2023, the cutoffs were 1002 and 15114, respectively. Please note that this is the trend for the General AI category; other categories will have different cutoffs accordingly.

AIIMS Bathinda - All India Institute of Medical Sciences releases 4 to 5 rounds of NEET counselling cutoffs for admission to the MBBS course. The cutoff is published in the form of ranks for various categories based on the following factors:
- The NEET score of the candidate
- The category of the candidate
- The number of seats available for the MBBS course

AIIMS Bathinda MBBS cutoff 2023 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) was 55959 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET UG, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For NEET UG Round 3 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 1973 and closing rank was 1973 for the General category candidates under All India quota. Cut off is different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in AIIMS Bathinda is based on the scores obtained in the NEET UG entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

As per AIIMS Bathinda NEET UG cutoff 2023, the Round 3 closing rank was 1973 for General category candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). MBBS cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
