Guru Kashi University is not considered as the best university in Punjab as per the given application results. Although it is a private college recognised by the University Grants Commission of India, it is not listed among the best universities in Punjab or India [1] [2] [3]. Instead, it ranks 796 in the world and 7 in Punjab [2]. Other famous Punjabi universities include Panjab University, Lovely Professional University and Chandigarh University, which often top regional and national rankings. Therefore, based on the given data, Guru Kash University cannot be called the best university in Punjab.

As comparing these colleges, overall Punjab university is better in the infrastructure, facilities and course fee. But in case of placements UIET has better placements. UIET is a government college and Punjab university is state level college. Punjab university has NIRF ranking around 100-150 but UIET doesn't have any rank in NIRF. So, I think Punjab University is better.

These two colleges are reputed throughout India, both have their own merits and oppurtunities to offer.
The choice between the two depends on various factors such as faculty expertise, infrastructure, research opportunities, campus environment, placement records, and personal preferences. You may need a deep dive comparision in each category, as it may be distinct or even similar.
We cannot say the course is "better" in one college than the other one by a few factors. It all boils down to personal choice, and preference. You might want to do a comparative study on both the college regarding the oppurtunities they offer

For MBA at UIET Chandigarh, candidates will require a minimum score of 50% in the Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. The bachelor's degree can be in any discipline. If the university from where you got your Bachelor's degree gives an aggregate grade instead of marks, then that grade should be equivalent to 50% marks.
UIET also accepts CAT score for MBA.
