For UG programs, the students must get a minimum GPA of 2.3 on a scale of 4.0, so yes, a students would be meeting the Purdue University eligibility by having 2.7 on a scale of 4.0. Although, this university is considered difficult to get into as the Purdue University acceptance rate stands at 49.3% meaning out of every 100 applications, only 50 applicants are rolled out an offer letter.

Non-English speaking students are required to give proof of their English proficiency. Minimum scores are DET- 110, IELTS- 6.5, TOEFL- 80-88 (depending on the college), ACT- 26 (in English section), SAT-600 (in Evidence Based Reading & Writing (EBRW) section) or proof of having been enrolled in an English-speaking curriculum for at least three years with a grade of B or higher.

Purdue University's admission prerequisites for all undergraduate applicants include proof of high school graduation, SAT/ACT scores, English exam scores, Common Application Essay, and a few other program-specific requirements.
Indian students are required to submit their attested copies of the 10th standard and 12th standard certificates issued by the respective exam board with certified English Translations.
