The application process for Railway Exams 2023 has not started yet. However, you can follow the steps below to apply for the exam once the notification is released:
Visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board RRB or Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) of the region for which you want to apply. Look for the notification for the exam you want to apply for and read it carefully to understand the eligibility criteria, exam pattern, and selection process. Click on the link to apply for the exam once it's available. Fill in the required details such as personal information, educational qualifications, and work experience (if any). Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other relevant documents as per the specifications mentioned in the application form. Pay the application fee through the online payment mode mentioned in the application form. Submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference. It's important to note that the application process may vary slightly for different exams conducted by the Railways, so it's advisable to read the notification and instructions carefully before filling the application form. Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) release the RRB application form for various posts in online mode. RRB application form is released on the respective official websites of RRBs. However, the official page provides the RRB application form online links for various posts-RRB Group D, RRB NTPC RRB ALP and RRB JE. RRB application form comprises several parts that candidates need to fill correctly. The RRB conducts recruitment for various posts to different departments of the Indian Railways. Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) conduct various exams for recruitment to the post of Non-Technical Popular Categories RRB NTPC Junior Engineer RRB JE Assistant Loco Pilot RRB ALP and RRB Group D.

Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will soon initiate the fee refund process
The application fee is refunded once candidates appear for the CBT exam. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories will be entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is INR 250. Whereas candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. Earlier, RRBs had activated RRB Group D application form 2022 modification link for Course Completed ACT Apprentices (CCAAs). The application modification link was available only for two days, I. e. September 12 and 13, 2022. Candidates who had declared their qualifications as ITI/NAC or CCAA but did not indicate that they are trained CCAAs from Railway Establishments (on or before April 12, 2019) could use the application modification link to enter the required details. Through the modification link, candidates could enter CCAA data including marks pertaining to NCVT examination if not done earlier. RRBs had earlier activated the RRB Group D 2022 application status again for candidates. The application status can be checked till the completion of CBT. Through RRB Group D application status, candidates can view the eligibility/ineligibility status of their applications. To check the application status, candidates need to enter registration number/date of birth and security code. RRBs had activated the RRB Group D application form forgot registration number link for CBT. If candidates have forgotten their registration number, can retrieve it through the link activated by RRBs. To access RRB candidate login forgot registration number, candidates need to enter name, candidate name, date of birth, email ID/Aadhaar number and security code. The window to upload NCVT marks for Course Completed ACT Apprentices (CCAAs) trained in Railways closed on August 10. Initially, the last date to upload the NCVT marks was July 31, however, it was extended later. The link to upload the NCVT marks for CCAAs was activated on July 22. RRB Group D application form 2022 was released on March 12, 2019. The last date to apply for RRB Group D exam was April 12, 2019. Candidates could apply online for the exam.
