MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore is better than HKBK, Bangalore as the placements of MSRIT is better than HKBK also the faculties are good. Hope you got your answer.

The fee would be around 1.8 Lacs - 2 Lacs MSRIT for automobile engineering under 10,000 rank.

With a rank of 10-15k, you will not get admission in MSRIT, Bangalore civil engineering, you have to take admission via management quota.
