Both PES and RVS College are good for pursuing B.Tech. Also, they are good in terms of placement.

kindly check the seat matrix available at the official website of COMEDK. you have a fair chance of getting ee, mech, civil in these colleges. getting e&c is a little bit difficult.

average is around 4lpa but you should focus on faculty. As you are going to spend 4 crucial years of your life so you need a best surroundings.
