Hello Mahesh,
Normally in any state, during to counselling you are not allowed to change branch after the grace period of registration and of giving choices online. However, don't lose hope. After all rounds are over and if seats are vacant then you can seek to change your branch.

RVS College is one of the good college for engineering, but in this competitive world in which lakhs of aspirants of jobs, it is tough to say if you would get job or not. If you study well and try to be in top 10 students in your batch, then you will surely get placement.

It has a very good student life due to advantage of location (Bangalore). The same also allows for a lot of exposure to the IT sector. It has good quality faculty and infrastructure along with prime location in he center of the city. It is a good place for networking as well, which would be a great help in professional life, about RV college and for PESIT College.
