Rutgers University has made the submission of SAT and ACT scores optional for admissions. If students cannot submit a test score or choose not to, they will still receive full admission consideration. The University conducts a holistic review of each student's application that considers many more factors, excluding SAT and ACT. However, if the students have already given the SATs and have the score ready, they can submit their documents while applying.
