According to bloomberg 2021 ranking, Rutgers was ranked 37th in the united states. However, in 2022, the ranking slightly dropped at 52. Coming to Financial Times ranking, the university was placed 86th in 2021, improving the range to 69 drastically. In the QS Global MBA rankings, Rutgers fell within the scope of 121-130 in 2021 and 151-200 in 2022 and 2023. While you can see the graph of the ranking being fluctuate it is suggested to assess the university not just according to the ranking but also check the 360 of the university for better understanding. Rutgers University offers the International Chancellor’s Scholarship of up to USD 15,000 to non-sponsored students. International UG applicants meet admission requirements. Below will be getting scholarships:
Rutger Undergraduate Scholarships for international students
SAT scores between 1060-1190 or ACT scores between 21-24 can receive scholarships of USD 2000 ( total scholarship of USD12,000: USD 6,000 per semester)
SAT=> 1200 or CT => 25 additional USD5,000 ( Total scholarship of USD15,000; USD 7,500 per semester)

It is also a home for 9000 international students to more than 9000 international students and scholars from about 125 countries worldwide. This includes Indian students as well. Below are the segregations of the countries and the number of students from each.
African American: 9.2%
American Indian: 0.1%
Asian: 26.9%
Hawaiian: 0.1%
Hispanic: 17.0%
International: 9.8%
Other: 2.0%
Two or More: 3.5%
White: 31.5%

It is also a home for 9000 international students to more than 9000 international students and scholars from about 125 countries worldwide. Rutgers University has made the submission of SAT and ACT scores optional for admissions. If students cannot submit a test score or choose not to, they will still receive full admission consideration. The University conducts a holistic review of each student's application that considers many more factors, excluding SAT and ACT. However, if the students have already given the SATs and have the score ready, they can submit their documents while applying.
