It is likely that you can still get admission in the 2025-2026 batch for LLB at Sarsuna Law College, even with a supplementary in the 5th semester. Passing the 5th semester is typically a requirement for the LLB admission process. The college's primary admission is through merit based process but still even with supplementary in 5th semester it's possible for a provisional admission (i.e.) candidate has fulfilled the basic eligibility criteria but hasn't fully completed the requirements, like passing all semesters within the deadline.

Sarsuna Law College offers two professional law programme LLB ( Bachelor of Legislative Law) and LLM (Master of Law). LLM is the flagship course of the college. Admission to the offered courses are based on the merit list based on candidates performance in the qualifying exam. Sarsuna Law College is affliliated to the Bankura University. Admission of all the cousres offered in the college is done via its affiliated the university's admission portal.

Sarsuna Law College application process of LLM programme is completely online. The college applciation process is conducted via its affiliate univesity i.e. Bankura University . Candidates, therefore must visit the official website of Bankura University and fill the online application form for courses offered at Sarsuna Law College. Additionally, there is no application fee at Sarsuna Law College. However, candidates must pay a 'Upgradation Charges' of INR 100.

Sarsuna Law College application process is completely online. Candidates must upload all the documnets once the application form is completed. Also, admission will only be confirmed oncde verification of original documents and testimonials are done Physically). Find below the list of documents:

As per the Sarsuna Law Colleg admission guidelines, admission is based on the merit list. The merit list is prepared based on the candidates performance in the qualifying exam. For LLM the qualifying exam will be the degree course in LLB with 50% aggregate and for the LLB its dgree with 45% aggregate.

Sarsuna Law College doesn't offer BA LLB programme at present, but it's affiliated university Bankura University has plan to introduce five year BA LLB (Hons) course soon. Which will be offered via the Sansura Law College as well. At present the college offers only two professional law programme LLB and LLM. Admission to these course is offered based on the merit list.

To get admission in Sarsuna Law College LLB programme candidates must have bachelor’s degree with minimum 45% aggregate and SC and ST candidates a relaxation of 5% is provided. Eligibile candidates can sign up for admission at the Sarsuna Law College’s affiliated University official website.
