No, this is not possible and not allowed. You have to appear for your SAT exam on your designated date and centre. There is no swapping allowed on the main test day. But if you want to reschedule your SAT date you can. Test centre availability will not be guaranteed in such cases.

Despite universities becoming test-optional, SAT test takers have gone up to 1.7 million in 2022 in comparison to 1.5 million in the year 2021. Columbia University shall observe a test-optional policy for first-year applicants to Columbia College or College of Engineering who will be applying for fall 2023 and 2024. Generally, the Columbia University admission process is holistic. This means that all parts of the application are considered. For selection, each applicant's academic potential, intellectual strength, and ability to think independently are considered. Other factors like the applicant's special interests and abilities, motivation, maturity, curiosity, and whether the students will be able to make productive use of four years at Columbia are also considered.

No, you don't need to submit your SAT or GMAT score for admission to SNHU. The university has stated on its website that it believes that a student's subject knowledge or potential to grow cannot be judged on the basis of such standardized tests.
