Yes — there are scholarship / fee‑waiver schemes at Dnyaan Prasad Global University (DPGU)'s School of Pharmacy and Research (SPR) that could apply to students from economically weaker sections — but I did not find clear, public confirmation that there are dedicated “minority‑community scholarships” (i.e. for religious or linguistic minorities) explicitly listed among SPR's own scholarship categories.
