Yes, scholarships to the candidates of SC/ ST/ OBC of Uttar Pradesh and also to the students of unreserved categories having family income less than INR 2 lakh annually are provided under various schemes of  Govt. of UP.

NLU Lucknow also provides the Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education for SC/ST Students.
