GM University Davangere students can apply for J & K scholarship offered by the Government of India. The goverment has started the Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme for J&K Students to pursue UG studies outside the State of Jammu and Kashmir. Students meeting the criteria can apply for the scholarship.

No, Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University - Okhla II Campus does not offer 100% scholarship. It offers various scholarships based on multiple criteria such as the category to which the student belongs, finacial condition of the student, etc. The candidates are advised to contact the administration department or the financial aid department of the college for accurate details regarding the scholarships.

To avail RKDF University scholarships, students must be enrolled in one of the programmes offered by the university. Moreover, the students are also required to take scholarship tests. Apex University BA scholarships are offered to deserving students under the following five categories:
- Early Bird Scholarship: Offered to students who have registered for admission and paid the first fee instalment on or before the last date of EBR
- Academic/Merit Scholarship: Offered to students based on their Class 12 (or equivalent) merit
- Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana: Offered to students who have no/single-earning parent (father has died)
- Sports Scholarship: Offered to students who have been admitted under the sports category and have represented at State or National level

Yes, Apex University provides scholarships of upto 100% to students enrolled in its BA courses. Students can get a fee waiver of 100% in one of the following ways:
- Apex Shiksha Surakha Yojana: Students who have lost their earning parent in any unfortunate event is offered a 100% scholarship on the course fee.
- Academic/Merit Scholarship: Students who have scored 100% in Class 12 or equivalent examination are eligible for a 100% tuition fee waiver.

Indur Institute of Engineering and Technology does not provide 100% scholarship. The institution has some financial aid plans in the form of government scholarships for eligible students. For instance, government scholarships depend on some criteria such as income and academic performances. Scholarships cover up to some of the tuition fees and hence not fully funded. Students are encouraged to look at state-sponsored schemes and other forms of financial assistance for themselves, which will help definitely alleviate educational expenses for these students.
