The institute offers special scholarship and freeship scheme for the NE students topursue PGDM (2-year full-time) course. Students can check the details below:

Freeship: Each Freeship awardee will get 100% waiver of tuition fee which is equivalent to INR 8.92 Lacs for two years PGDM. To continue the freeship, the awardee is required to maintain at least 6.0 CGPA in each term. In case of poor performance, i.e. securing less than 6.0 CGPA in any term, there will be no freeship in the subsequent term. However, once securing 6.0 or more CGPA, the freeship will be restored in the subsequent term.

The freeship scheme is limited to three nos. female students and two nos. male students. In case of any shortfall in requisite male students, the same will be filled from the available female students.

Scholarship:  An amount of INR 8,500 per month (equivalent to 20% of the tuition fee of two years) will be given for max. 21 months in the entire duration of PGDM and the rate of scholarship is linked with his/her performance in PGDM term examinations.

In case of securing 7.0 - 8.5 CGPA in any term, the rate of scholarship for the subsequent term will be enhanced to INR 10,600 per month (equivalent to 25% of tuition fees of two years). Similarly, in case of securing more than 8.5 CGPA, the rate of scholarship for the subsequent term will be enhanced to INR 12,750 per month (equivalent to 30% of tuition fees of two years). The scholarship scheme is limited to 10 students. Note: The scholarship amount is linked with the tuition fee. Thus, with any revision of tuition fee, the scholarship amount will revise proportionately.

Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Research and Technology (RGCERT) is not providing 100 % scholarship to the students. However, financing support is offered to students through various schemes on scholarships. This has been extended in a government scheme under which the scheme of Maharashtra State Government Scholarship for an economically weaker section and merit-based scholarships by the college are provided. Under this, the tuition fee can be taken on a partial basis or full basis as applicable upon eligibility. Fee concession or financial assistance is provided if their condition is fulfilled. For the most part, there is detailed information on the different scholarships available and what they are looking for in an applicant that can be best obtained by contacting the college directly or visiting their official website.

Solamalai College of Engineering, or SCE, does not sponsor 100% scholarship for all. Instead, the college may award scholarships to students deserving of them, which are on merit, economic background, or government schemes. Various scholarship programs could be meant for government programs such as the Tamil Nadu State Government scholarships offered specifically for economically disadvantaged students and merit-based rewards. Except this, the students can also consider other fee remissions or even direct financial aid as offered in the management quota. There is no one but the college administration or their website through which one gets up-to-date information.
