Ishan Uday scheme is centrally sponsored by the Univesity Grants Commission. The scholarship is available only for first year undergraduate students at Anandaram Dhekial Phookan College. Students whose family income doesn't exceed INR 4.5 lakh/annum are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Students must produce their family income certificate to verify the same.
