Yes, Sarabhai Institute of Science and Technology (SIST) offer scholarships, and they can cover up to 100% of the tuition fees for eligible candidates. The scholarships based on academic merit. Also the institute provides fee concessions to deserving students from BPL (Below Poverty Line) or low-income groups.
The college also assists students in obtaining education loans from banks with low-interest rates.
The fee structure is flexible, and the college may deduct the fee

Here's my take on scholarships at Rajadhani: Full 100% scholarships are rare as hen's teeth. Top KEAM scorers might get 25-50% off, and government schemes cover most fees for SC/ST/OBC students. The college offers smaller merit discounts too.
That "100% scholarship" you heard about? Probably an education loan in disguise. Your best shot is combining multiple aids - try negotiating with admissions if you've got strong academics or financial need.
Bottom line? Don't bank on a free ride, but decent partial support is possible if you work the system right.

The ease of getting a SAT scholarship for studying abroad can be very subjective because it varies country to country, university to university and even based on the applicant's academic profiles. Thus, if the university you are applying to offers a scholarship based on SAT, it will also look at your previous academic year's performance and your capabilities to do justice with your education abroad with the scholarship.

Since Harvard University is a popular US university and also an Ivy League school, its requirements for admission are competititve. Also Harvard is a need based university, hence if applicants have a good acadeic background and get a SAT score around 1500 or above, they can expect to get a scholarship. There is no officially mentioned SAT cutoff, these scores mentioned are based on admission trends of the previous years.
