Hello, Canada is a highly competitive in terms of getting admission. So, with average marks, it would be difficult for you to get into the Canadian universities. You can certainly apply for USA and Australia with these scores. The scholarship aspect is in the form of fee waiver that is given to the student. This aspect completely rests with the admission body who considers the various parameters of academic scores, extracurricular, work experience (if any).

You cannot cancel your scholarship form, if you submitted it properly. If any mistakes is found from your side (Incorrect name, Does not follow instructions properly and many more) in this case your scholarship form is automatically cancelled. For more query you go with this link
