No, you can't pursue engineering after class 10th. You must have done class 12th.

The fees for B.Tech students is:
1st year- 1.5 lakh+
2nd year-1.3 lakh
3rd year-1.25 lakh
Final year-1.3 lakh
The scholarship depends upon the exam that you given the UPSEE exam or not. If your rank is good then definitely you get a scholarship.
It also depends upon in which category you are like general

Yes, All India Pre-Medical Scholarship Test is a scholarship programme, not only for BDS students, MBBS students as well, in which the basic criteria which needs to be fulfilled is that the candidate must have opted for PCB in his 10+2 or equivalent examination.
