Life Science entrance exam includes topics such as Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Techniques in Biotechnology and applications of plant biotechnology. Follow standard books like Lehninger (Biochemistry), GM Cooper (Cell bio), Watson (Mol bio), Wilson and Walker (Techniques in Biotech) during graduation. Before 3 months of the entrance exam, follow PATHFINDER (part 1 and 2) books. They are the best kind of instant notes to revise all the subjects. Also, solve MCQs from Path Finder.

Most of the candidates don't know which subject they have to study and for how much duration, which is the scoring section, negative marking scheme, etc. Somewhere, it is also very important for the candidates to know their whole exam pattern prescribed by the official authority.
