75% aggregate passing marks in 12th are mandatory requirement for you for getting admission in NITs and IITs if belongs to general and OBC categories. So you can get admission in NIT.

B.Sc. And M.Sc. Nursing are the best option among the other. So B.Sc. And M.Sc. Nursing is recommendable here.

M.Sc. Nursing can be the best option. B.Tech Biotechnology have advantage over M.Sc. Biotechnology so not recommendable. Other courses you asked have less employment opportunities.
