Prefer to do 3 years Diploma in Agriculture because 3 years course covers the more syllabus and Industries interactions also while two years does not. Further 3 years Diploma will make you eligible for the admission in B.Sc. Hons. Agriculture course also.

Please write about the College/ University name for better response. However the eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons. ). Agriculture through ICAR is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria : Candidate must have passed 10+2 in PCB/ PCMB/ PCM/ Inter-Agriculture securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate for General, OBC (NCL), UPS, EWS categories and 40% marks in aggregate for SC, ST, Transgender, PwD categories. So from above you are eligible for B.Sc. (Hons. ). Agriculture course.

You have to continue your B.Sc. Hons. Zoology course. Leaving the B.Sc. Hons. Course in 2nd year can not be a wise decision. You can do the M.Sc. Biotechnology course after the completion of your graduation if interested through the JAM in IITs.
