Candidates who have passed in Bachelor's degrees in chemistry or the relevant field from any university which is recognized by the UGC with a minimum of 50% or equivalent are eligible to apply for M.Sc Chemistry. B.Sc (3 years) Degree after 10+2 with Major/Honours in Chemistry.

Maths is not a compulsory subject in class 12th to pursue BBA. So, you may be eligible to apply for BBA.
