IIT JAM is one of the most the toughest exams conducted in India. But you can easily crack it if you study well. First check the complete syllabus and exam pattern. Plan your preparations accordingly. Refer best books and study materials. Solve as many IIT JAM Previous Year Papers as you can. This will give you an idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. Take online mock tests. Learn all the important stuff and make notes of them. This will help you in your last minute preparation. Improve your weaker areas. Study more for the topics in which you are weak. Study at least 6-7 hours daily and give your last 30

B.Sc and M.Sc is preferable, if you want to become a teacher and BA MS is a step ahead to become a Doctor. Both options have a huge scope. Choose as per your choice. Good luck.
