You will have to keep checking the official websites, although mostly depending upon the universities the notices come in the months of march/april. Maybe this year since other notification are coming early it may also come early.

Yes, you can change your stream but directly PG in humanities and social sciences seems difficult as a UG is also required in that subject. Nevertheless, you should go through the prospectus provided to confirm the eligibility criteria.

The max age limit is 28. You should check the notification calling for the exam as it contains all the eligibility criteria regarding age etc. It is subject to changes also.

Yes, you can pursue MBA agriculture after B.Sc. Horticulture, not B.Sc. Agriculture. MBA is open for all the candidates regardless of their stream.

For NDA, maths is compulsory in 12th. Please go through the notification provided on the UPSC website to know more. If you are really passionate about NDA then you can also consider it after UG through CDS/AFCAT and a slightly different line CAPF. You can also see this link:

Hello Robin, IIT JAM exam is a national level admission test for selection of candidates for admission into M.Sc. Ph.D. and other integrated courses. For admission to M.Sc. Course, there are many exams to apply for. Here I have given the list of some entrance exams for M.Sc. Degree:
1. IIT JAM (Indian Institute of Technology Joint Admission Test) M.Sc. Entrance Exam
2. NEST (National Entrance Screening Test)
3. JEST (Joint Entrance Screening Test)
4. MCAER CET M.Sc. Entrance Exam
5. UPCATET
6. AGRICET
But I would suggest you to go for IIT JAM Exam. This is the best entrance exams for M.Sc. Through IIT JAM Exam, you will get the opportunity to study in the reputed IITs.
