Follow the latest syllabus only and Mark the important topics covering a large section. Start making short notes if study from reference books. Keep on revising the topics. Plan strong approaches to strengthen topics you are weak at. Solve CSIR NET life sciences previous papers. Plan strategically and work smart. Keep calm and revise as much as you can to remember everything.

Recognised means one which offers courses as per the norms of the council constituted by government of India for good quality education. The councils or the commissions recognizes universities on the basis of the quality of education, Infrastructure, etc. And gives it a certificate of recognition. Without this certificate, your degree will be invaluable.
