You can do the course in distance mode but you will have to go for practicals. Some B.Sc Streams are not available in distance mode. What you can do instead is join an evening college or a college where attendance is not an issue. You can also consider IGNOU but it should not be your first option. Yes, you are eligible. You get admission through PGCET in AU. Prepare well for PGCET to get admission to AU.

I can understand your angst. Sometimes it is just a psychological issue at others its fear factor. Can you assign a reason? If not I strongly advise you to seek help of psychologist who can help you greatly in this issue. Else you can seek help of a good Maths teacher who can generate interest in your mind about this subject. Best wishes to you.

You are enquiring as to whether you can get admission directly in 2nd year of B.Sc. Based on your Diploma in engineering? Right? Unfortunately, this lateral admission is possible only for engineering graduation and not for any other degree. Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12th and hence you are entitled for admission in first year only. Best wishes to you.
