To become a MMBS doctor one needs to comply with the following
1. Have biology as a subject in HSC
2. Clear NEET open test
3. Comply with the age criteria
thus in absence of Biology as a subject you would not be entitled to appear form the NEET open test.

You have good marks in class 12th, but your JEE Main score is very less, so there is no chance to get admission to NITS and IIITs but you get admission in non government engineering college in your state.
