Most of books you must have already studied in your graduation and PG. So just revise the concepts and Practice variety of quality questions to learn the application of concepts. You can check the list of good books for CSIR NET Physical Sciences http://bit.ly/2XjAkl5
At the very start go for basics from H. c verma or resnick halliday. Krane for nuclear physics. Malvino and leech For Digital Electronics
