Osmania University, Hyderabad and Acharya Nagarjuna University, Hyderabad offer distance education programme in M.Sc. Statistics. The courses are highly reputed. But, the issue is that assignments and even Exams are to be given at their study centers which are located in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states only. So, it is not truly distance education. In case you are able to appear in their study centers, it is still a good option. IGNOU has another programme PGDAST.

Without a single doubt, you should take maths with commerce. It will help you for anything you decide to study, be it getting into top notch college for graduation or clearing any competitive exams. Yes, you can do. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. IT from SMU-DE is 10+2 or equivalent or three year Diploma. Hence you can do from here.

Hello, Each of these fields are equally good, as per career option. If you have a forte in engineering and wants to continue, then go for M.Tech. If research field is enticing you, then look for M.Sc. In suitable genre. MBA is for those aspirants who think that they can utilize their engineering aspects into business world. It is preferable but not mandatory. In West Bengal, under MAKAUT affiliated Institutes previously you could pursue BCA provided you completed your +2 with any one of Mathematics/ Business Mathematics/Computer Application as compulsory subject with others. But now they allow candidates for BCA only those who have 50% or above in H. S from any stream. But some Institutes in India, the eligibility criteria is Mathematics as compulsory subject in +2 level.

Repeated practice can improve that. BCA Maths is quite easy. So don't worry about it. If you really have interest to do BCA then go with it. But, if you want to pursue MCA Maths plays an important role. Competitive Exams like NIMCET AIMCET and so on gives importance to Maths. So, whenever possible practice Maths. Or else, join any institute which provides BCA+MCA integrated courses. But, if you want to pursue MCA from reputed institute like NIT, then Maths is important. Note that, NITs don't provide integrated courses.
