Hi, for B.Sc. Hons. Courses- physics+ chemistry+ mathematics. The cut off are above 92% for general category. Marks are calculated out of 100 including theory+ practical marks. For more information regarding admission process visit Delhi university website.

Yes, you can apply for the course, because the eligibility criteria is 45% in class 12th plus entrance exam.

This is for all universities :
For B.TECH CS - requirement is PCM in class 12th.
For BCA - 12th with minimum 50% marks in total (any stream) and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

Actually, when you go for M.Tech almost all the courses are related to computer. So, you should have basic knowledge about it. It doesn't mean ECM branch will be useless. Some courses require the knowledge of both CS and ECM.
