It's better to go for top NITs for CS branch as doing in lower IITs is not gonna make you get placed in top companies and even CS is way better and has more scope than Electronics. So, Go with top NITs for CS.

I would like to suggest you to go for that field in which you have more interest, because after taking admission if you will not take interest in your papers, then it can be hectic for you and your future as well. As per your concern, I would like to let you know that there is a huge demand for Engineers as well as the nurse in India. So, you don't have to worry about your future. Hi, No, you should first pass all the subjects in 2nd PU, you can get admission through COMEDK only when you pass all the subjects.
