Yes, you definitely can. In fact, I can personally vouch for it because even I was a science student but later opted out of it to pursue a BBA. You can manage it without any problems.

For admission to B.Sc Physics honors your marks of maths, physics, chemistry in class 12 would be considered. Yes, you are eligible. You can try with government as well as private colleges to pursue physics honors.
