You have not mentioned about the course. However entrance test for admission in UG courses like B.A. B.Sc. B.Com etc. Can be cracked with CBSE books. Further admission in B.Tech programs are based on JEE Main score.

For B.Sc MLT your marks in PCB is considered and biology is the must. If you have not studied biology in class 12th you can't apply for BMLT.
