Himalaya University is a recognised university by UGC. There is no council like Paramedical Council. But its a recognised university both by UGC and also its a member of AIU. No issues in its recognition so there is no questions.

Giving compartment exams is the general provision for students to pass 12th standard. However, you will need to check with the CBSE as you appeared for the exams last in 2000. Kindly get in touch with the board as they will be able to provide you complete details about the same.

You can do all the preparation for the exam from RS Aggarwal. They have published many books like quantitative Aptitude and Ability of R. S Agarwal. R. S Agrawal also covers topic for reasoning - verbal and non- verbal aptitude. For English, go for Arihant and S. hand. Study the book thoroughly. For G. k and business affairs, read newspapers and magazines.

It is not up to you. It fully depends on colleges, where you are looking for admission. And, when they announce tier notification for admission.
