Amity is also a good option for this course but obviously it's costly. You can check whether they consider Bachelor in chemistry marks for admission in Masters at respective colleges' website.

A national level examination, GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is a qualifying exam for admissions to post-graduate programs (e.g., M.E. /M.Tech direct Ph.D. in Indian institutes of higher education with financial assistance provided by MHRD and other government agencies. GATE scores may also be used by public and private sector.

Please check the eligibility before applying for this college:
Applicants must have completed Higher Secondary School Examination (Plus 2 or XII Std. including vocational courses) or equivalent. Bio- maths or computer.
Science or any vocational groups are considered to be eligible for this course.
