Do you intent to mention 10+2 as 2nd PUC? Please be specific about the course you wish to pursue for better understanding. In case, you don't clear your PUC in the 2nd attempt, there are few colleges which provides admission for graduation/Diploma course. Though to answer in detail, I would need to know, if you intend to mean it as 10+2. Please update.

You can't contact them. You have to fill up an entrance exam, and you have to crack the entrance exam for B.Sc H in chemistry.
