AAA takes direct admission for commercial pilot license Entrants. You should although qualify on grounds of minimum required educational qualification.
The qualification required to pursue commercial pilot training is just 10+2 with 50% marks in PCM.
If you have this qualification than you can directly approach them and take admission.
As far as your EEE is concerned, it will only remain as an additional qualification. It has nothing to do with CPL Training.

It is true that CTC will be in the range of 3.5 to 4 Lacs per annum considering you are pass out from above average university in any chemical pharma, cement or FMCG industry. Gradually, your CTC will get a hike once you master your job skills as well as soft skills. My friends had pursued M.Sc. . in general chemistry and today they are drawing 45k INR inhand salary in cement industry after experience of 7 years. Initially, they were getting 18 k to 21 k.
