Yes hons courses usually need the knowledge of maths but every university has its own rules some universities like kurukshetra university doesnt demand maths compulsory for eco hons. So it usually depends on which university you are seeking for admission

The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing B.Sc. (Information Technology) a degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science stream with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as subjects studied and with a minimum of 50% marks secured in Maths and/or in aggregate from a recognized board of the country.

First of all, you have to give English language proficiency tests like TOEFL, GRE, etc. Then, you have to search for different scholarships offered by major universities in chemistry. Then you have to apply to them. In short there is no such short method to success. There is no such general exam that can provide you scholarships.

First of all, ask yourself why you want to do MBA? Is it for the money factor? Exposure? Managerial post? Then find out, do some research as to what subjects interest you, domain that you would like to pursue, ask your friends, family, seniors who are pursuing MBA as to what are the different verticals in an MBA course.
