The Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID) started the registration process for SEED 2027 in the first week of August. The registration is being held online at sid.edu.in. Candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria need to apply before the last date.

SEED written exam will be 60 minutes. The question paper will include 60 questions. Question paper will have MCQ, Match the Columns, Fill in the blanks, image-based and comprehension-based questions.

In SEED Entrance Exam, MCQ, Match the Columns, Fill in the blanks, image-based and comprehension-based questions can be asked.
The question paper will contain a mix of questions related to Visual Sensitivity and Judgement, Observational, Perceptual and Reasoning abilities, Problem Solving, Basic knowledge of Logic of Science and Mathematics, Art, Craft and Culture, Design and Environment.

Yes, Symbiosis Institute of Design conducts mock test for SEED entrance exam. SEED Mock test will be conducted for B.Des programme for all the candidates who have filled SEED Application form.

SEED will conduct B.Des entrance exam for Round 2 in the second week of March 2027. The exam will be conducted online and can be taken from home.

SEED 2026 Exam was conducted on March 22, 2026 (Sunday) for B.Des and May 03, 2026 (Sunday) for M.Des. The exam is held online in computer based mode.

SEED Entrance Exam is of 60 minutes and will have 60 questions. The test will be conducted online in computer based mode. The test will be of one hour long and will be conducted between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on the test day.

Yes, you need to participate in the SEED counselling even if you are a topper of Class 12 boards exam. Admission to Symbiosis Institute of Design is offered through SEED entrance exam.

Yes, SEED M.Des 2027 application forms will be released in September. The applications are available only for the B.Des programme by Symbiosis Institute of Design.
