Some helpful tips for students starting their first year at SRCC can be:- explore yourself, explore your surroundings, try something new whatever you like, try to join the societies, learn some soft skills, work towards your passion, try to make new friends, explore fests, try to come out of your comfort zone and hence enjoy your first year and create some great memories. Not just in Shri Ram College of Commerce, but in whole Delhi university, there is no dress code which students have to follow! Students can wear anything they want to, there is no restriction on the students to wear any specific dress, But College may expect students to wear the clothes which are appropriate for the college environment. Life at SRCC is amazing. You are surrounded by toppers all around Classes timings are from 8:30 am to 5pm, with different schedules for every section, Classes are productive at the same time they are quite good. Library is always filled with Students doing their assignments, reading newspapers and society work. There are around 30-40 student-run societies and cells which do a commendable job in organising various events and fests. You get a lot of exposure and learn teamwork and other soft skills. Crossroads, the cultural fest of SRCC is an extravaganza with amazing performances and artists. Not only this, you can enjoy cultural fests

Hi,So yes Shri Ram College Of Commerce itself offer hostel facilities for boys and girls and also there are many PGs available nearby to the college, As SRCC is situated in North campus, you will find a great no. Of PGs near to it at the walking distance. The rent of the PG may vary upon the facilities provided by them and the location, If you want a PG very nearby to the college the rent may vary approximately 13-15,000 a month, Student also prefer flats which are also available nearby to the college. As Shri Ram College of Commerce is a college of commerce-related courses It does offer B.Com (Hons) and Eco Hons at UG level and M.Com at PG level. Hence, It does not offer any Science courses like M.Sc. Thank You.

Shri Ram College Of Commerce, University of Delhi is different from other colleges as It just offer two UG courses which are B.Com (Hons) and Eco hons, Also It is the best college of Commerce in the whole India, It has great faculty members which are the authors of the books followed in the whole DU. It has good crowd which possess different interest and knowledge, Talking about the infrastructure, It has good infrastructure with AC in every classroom, hence in this way, SRCC is unique. In University of Delhi Every college follow the same method to calculate the CGPA which is based on the performance of a student in each course they have taken over a given academic year. The CGPA is calculated using the following formula:
CGPA = Sum of (Credit Points x Grade Points) / Sum of Credit Points
Here, Credit Points refer to the number of credits assigned to a particular course, and Grade Points represent the score obtained by the student in that course on a 10-point scale. The grade points are assigned as follows:
Grade | Grade Point
-|-
A+ | 10
A | 9
B+ | 8
B | 7
C | 6
P | 5
F | 0The CGPA is usually rounded off to two decimal places.

Hi Sandhya! SRCC does offer two UG B.Com (Hons) and Eco hons) and PG courses and One PG Diploma Course which is Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Operations. In this Diploma course, Lectures are provided by experienced Faculty member and also including industry visits and training etc. Thank You!

Hi Sandhya! So for the year 22-23 the hostel fees were 35,000 per semester and mess and electricity charges varies around 5-6,000 per month. But for the year 2023-24, the hostel fees is going to increase to upto 50,000 per semester. Hence the fees for the upcoming batch can be approximately 10-11,000 a month. The security charges are different which are refundable as well. Thank You.

No, that was not possible according to University guidelines. You can apply to two programme but one of them should be online and other is offline means you have to take classes.
