No, you can't apply for B.Com honors in any college of DU like SRCC unless you have maths in both class 11th and class 12th. You must have maths either as an additional subject (6th subject) or as an optional subject (5th subject). You can just pass in maths by scoring 33 marks only.

It will add your best of four and it is not mandatory to add maths marks.
