Yes, there is BCom in Sikkim Manipal University. The BCom course is offered in both regular and honors degree lasting for three to four years. The UG-level course is offered in full-time and online mode lasting for three to four years. BCom lasts for three years and BCom Hons with research lasts for four years. Teh BCom programme is available in Accounting and Finance specialisations. BCom admission is completely merit based.

ICFAI Distance MBA is too vast and too tough. It is impossible to pass the exam having minimum 50% marks as passing criteria, even if you are not working. Take admission only if you want to study the subjects in depth and ready to face the challenge of tough exams. If you can't then your hard earn money will be on risk. Study material is good.
