From the official website of VVIT, the 2020 cut-off rank for OC EWS females for IT is 13570. So, you can't get a seat in IT in VVIT. If you want to join in IT in Guntur, Vignan's nirula and Vignan's Lara are best colleges.

YES, u can get the seat, it is fixed that 15% of seats are to filled with management quota. These are some coleeges where u can get admission
1. SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai.
